- HEIDENHAIN Announces New QUADRA-CHEK Wedge 2.9 Software for Data Reporting –
SCHAUMBURG, IL – HEIDENHAIN is pleased to announce the latest software version of QUADRA-CHEK Wedge that enables users to quickly and efficiently export data into an Excel format from their HEIDENHAIN QUADRA-CHEK Evaluation Electronics. QUADRA-CHEK users with video inspection, microscope applications, optical comparator inspection or CMM applications will find this update useful.
In QUADRA-CHEK Wedge v.2.9, users are given full Windows compatibility (7,8, and 10), macro-enabled worksheets, as well as support for Excel 2010 and 2013. The ability to save Excel files to network folders or any other specified folder with QCWedge streamlines the process of data acquisition by allowing customers to connect their QUADRA-CHEK product to their PC, and ultimately Excel, via RS-232 (easily adapted into USB with third party devices).
