TrackMyFile.com v6.2 optimizes the features on the Main File View and Home View performance and drives faster performance; improves security and password improvements that meet a more stringent and enhanced security criterion; offers enhanced features of the listing module data exchange; enables users to email documents to other file participants within the system; streamlines the editing process for the statusing items for user's check lists and event lists; and introduces new office administration tools allowing ease of use for new or unassigned users.

The February 24, 2005 TrackMyFile.com(SM) v4.0 platform upgrade included application integration with The Summit System from Financial Processing Systems, Inc. (FPS). The document uploads from Summit to TrackMyFile.com v4.0 and seamlessly enhances the escrow process and ensures a secure online system, while storing the information on the client's server. Users login and enter the document repository on TrackMyFile.com to access the documents and distribute them simultaneously to all parties in the transaction.
