Integration of NSi's AutoStore® with Equitrac Office® and Equitrac Express® Delivers Single Sign-On Authentication and Enhanced Scan-Tracking on Multi-Function Products

The integration of Equitrac's Office and Express solutions with NSi's AutoStore family of products enables users of multi-function peripherals (MFPs) from all major manufacturers in general office, enterprise and education environments to enjoy faster, easier access to their personal workflows, while delivering important advances in information security and accountability to the organization.
AutoStore integration with Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express greatly simplifies implementing information security on MFPs for end-users and IT administrators alike. Documents captured, processed and routed through AutoStore are tracked by Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express for accounting, cost management, asset management and regulatory compliance purposes. By preventing anonymous users from disseminating confidential information and by tracking back all documents captured, processed and routed to the authenticated user, NSi and Equitrac help organizations establish non- repudiation in compliance with HIPPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory requirements.

Enhanced scan-tracking capabilities enabled by the integrated Equitrac and NSi solutions enable quick, accurate identification and validation of the user and/or billing code account that can be charged for the NSi scan/workflow transaction.
