Enterprise Workforce Optimisation Suite at Leading Specialty Retailer

Sydney Australia - RedPrairie Corporation announced today that it will be rolling out its Enterprise Workforce Optimisation suite at leading specialty retailer Ann Taylor during 2007. The system, which is designed to bring a more disciplined approach and process to resource and labor deployment in retail stores, was successfully piloted at the Ann Taylor Stores division in 2006 and will be rolled out company-wide in 2007.
The rollout will leverage several components of the Workforce Optimisation Suite, specifically Forecasting, Automated Scheduling, Dashboard, Business Process Workflows, and e-Learning Courseware, as well as the system's Metric Reporting and Analysis tools.
Scott Knaul, Director of Store Operations at Ann Taylor said, "We wanted a robust tool to help our managers deploy labour more effectively in response to client traffic in our stores and evaluated a number of providers in this area. Following the successful pilot of elements of the Enterprise Workforce Management suite in our Ann Taylor Stores division, we came to the conclusion that a broader rollout was the right direction for our business and that RedPrairie was the right partner for us."
