SUPER SETT(TM) Endmills are "mini"-diameter PCD end mills featuring coolant thru for maximum tool performance. SUPER SETT(TM) also features axial adjustment on each pocket, enabling adjustments of +/- .0001" of desired set height. Depths of cut up to .750" are possible with SUPER SETT(TM), which utilizes replacement blades.
ClappDiCO Corporation offers a standard endmill stock program for endmills with diameters of 1"-2". Custom endmill programs are offered upon request. ClappDiCO also offers a stock program of commonly used corner radii. The cost-effective Recycle/R.E.S.C.U.E. programs, exclusively from ClappDiCO, are available for the replaceable blades.
