We offer a seleciion cf EN 418 'E-Stops' as part of our successful 04, 61 and 44 Series of panel-mounting switches. Available in both twist-to-release and key-to-release options, these series of Emergency Stops are protected to IP 65 from the front.
The Series 04 and 44 are 22.5mm mounted switches with 37mm diameter actuators. The 04 incorporates a bayonet fitting contact block with two mounting screws for fixing position. The 44 has a snap-on contact block with slow-make forced-open contacts.
The Series 61 is the 16mm version, which has a 27mm diameter actuator. This is installed using a threaded shaft and lock nut.
All these switches have been designed in accordance with EN 60947-5-1 and feature a foolproof actuation method to EN 418. The mechanism prevents the switch contacts being operated without fully actuating the mushroom head.
