Carlisle, PA - (Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc.) The mushroom head industrial switches typically used in e-stop, emergency stop, applications has recently been expanded. These popular switches are now available in both metal and plastic and with either a 40mm or 60mm operator head. The expanded line of e-stop switches also includes momentary, maintained, pull to release, maintained, twist to release and maintained, twist key to release operators.
These high quality emergency stop switches are ideal for all types of industrial and process control applications as they meet either Nema 4, 4X and IP65 ratings. For emergency stop applications the operators are available in the traditional red color however several other colors are available for use in other applications.
The innovative rear panel locking design and mounting feature makes the ASI E-stop switches one of the easiest in the industry to install in a panel. Up to 6 auxiliary contacts can be added to the operator and they can be easily wired even after assembly.
