New Hardware Delivers Enhanced Performance and Storage Capacity Over Existing Solutions
SAN JOSE, Calif., -- SonicWALL, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNWL), a leading provider of intelligent network security and data protection solutions, today announced the SonicWALL Email Security Appliance (ESA) 3300 and the SonicWALL ESA 4300, bringing market-leading high performance, highly scalable and cost effective email security to organizations of all sizes. With the introduction of these two new products and the recently announced SonicWALL Email Security Virtual Appliance, SonicWALL's Email Security portfolio offers SMBs, enterprises and managed service providers (MSPs) more choices when it comes to deploying email security and anti-spam, allowing them to pick the best delivery method to meet their unique network security and productivity needs.
Companies and service providers today require a comprehensive suite of hardware and software in order to address the ever-present capacity and scalability issues inherent in managing email security. The ESA 4300 allows for future extensibility with the addition of multiple drives, which can significantly increase the scalability and capacity of customers' email security platforms as their needs grow over time. The ES 7.2.2 firmware, which was released earlier this year, delivered the Email Security Virtual Appliance.
