Electrochemical Sensor measures hydrogen sulfide.

Press Release Summary:

DragerSensor XS-2 H2S features 3-electrode design, which provides specificity to H2S and resistance to damage from over exposure to high gas concentrations. Sensor is suitable for measuring hydrogen sulfide in oil and gas, pulp and paper, waste treatment, confined space, and petrochemical applications. Sensors are optimized for use in Drager MiniWarn, Multiwarn II, and Pac III monitors.

Original Press Release:

Draeger Introduces the DragerSensor XS-2 H2S

July 15, 2002 - - Pittsburgh, PA - - Draeger has introduced a new electrochemical sensor, the DragerSensor XS-2 H2S for the measurement of H2S (hydrogen sulfide). This new sensor features better temperature and pressure compensation, reduced cross sensitivities, and a 2-year warranty. The patented three-electrode design of the DragerSensor XS-2 H2S sensor provides excellent specificity to H2S and resistance to damage from over exposure to high H2S gas concentrations. As with all DragerSensors, the response to gases is fast and accurate. These sensors are optimized for use in the Drager MiniWarn, Multiwarn II, and Pac III monitors.

The DragerSensor XS-2 H2S is ideal for measuring Hydrogen Sulfide in oil & gas, pulp & paper, waste treatment, confined space and petrochemical applications.
