New Dual Power LCD Module from Densitron Combines Quality and Low Cost
Santa Fe Springs, June 7, 2004; Assuring customers of the long term availability of a compatible module to the LM4229 display, Densitron is announcing their new 128x240 LCD module with the T6963 compatible AX6963 controller. Both the LM42315 and LM62315 will be offered as 5V and 3.3V powered modules.
The LM42315 is offered with a white, yellow-green, red, or yellow-green and red bi-color LED backlight, while the LM62315 has a high-brightness long life CFL backlight as standard.
Despite the addition of these new features, Densitron has also reduced pricing to almost half of previously offered units. Options include on-board negative voltage, temperature compensation, and touchscreen capabilities. Both FSTN and STN grey, yellow and blue modes are available.
OEM prices start at $53.87 each for volumes of 1K pieces. Delivery is from stock to 10 weeks depending on availability.
