New DoALL Saw with Special IMTS Pricing
A new dual column, NC controlled band saw from DoALL is being introduced in booth #6902 at the IMTS Show with a special introductory price of $19,995. The new Model C-330NC has a 13" high X 13" wide capacity and can handle stock as small as 1/2" in diameter. Its blade is powered by a 3-hp band drive motor with infinitely variable band speeds ranging from 50 to 400 fpm. There is also a separate 2-hp motor for the hydraulic system and an integral coolant pump to apply coolant through the spring
loaded, carbide saw guides. A powered band brush and flushing hose are also standard features.
The NC controls manage single indexing from 1/2" up to 16" and can be programmed for multiple indexing up to ten times. The controls have the capacity to store as many as 10 different jobs by length and quantity. Other controls for more productive operations include a work height sensor, a rapid travel index vise control and an out-of-stock sensor.
Accessories that can be added to the C-330NC for even greater productivity include bundling fixtures, a powered chip conveyor, roller conveyors and a variable vise pressure control.
