The model DU-SOM allows customers to pick a drum from a horizontal rack or storage application, remove it safely and simply and to effortlessly manipulate the drum to the vertical position (or vice-versa), with no man-handling and without the operator ever leaving the seat of the forklift.
With an 850 pound working capacity and all-steel construction, the unit withstands the pressures of constant use. A unique, built-in actuator mechanism allows the operator to move the drum from horizontal to vertical with no outside attachments or accessories.
