Douglas Exhibits NEW Technologies at Pack Expo 2007


Alexandria, Minnesota - June 11, 2007

Douglas Machine Inc. will exhibit new case packing and shrink-wrapping technologies during the
upcoming Pack Expo 2007 to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 15 through October 17.

The new Contour(TM) Series M-50 Multiwrapper will run two lanes of unsupported bottles and wrap with
printed film. Features include a flexible servo-driven film wrapping wand and a tunnel that uses
patented heat and airflow management technologies to deliver tightly wrapped packages in multiple
lane production.

New case packing technologies will be shown, including the Axiom® and Invex(TM) Case Packers. Both
feature innovative clean designs and the latest in electronic motion control for superior product and case
handling. The Axiom® operates at speeds to 45 cases per minute and the Invex(TM) operates at speeds to
12 cases per minute.
