Tridak 455 Valve
The Tridak 455 allows precise, repeatable dispensing of low to medium viscosity materials. The single element that the fluid touches as it goes through the valve is Teflon and disposable. This disposable element can be supplied in other materials such as Urethane, PVC, Silicon and a variety of other materials. This 455 dispense valve is a pneumatically operated, normally closed, pinch-type device. Key features in addition to the disposable wetted element, are micrometer control over material flow (the amount the tube opens) and a precise, adjustable control over tube closure, which insures the accuracy and repeatability of operation and greatly extends tube life. Other features include a quick-change tube assembly, a variety of nozzle adapters, compact size, and a simple means of mounting.
