Unique Design of Dirak Dish Handles Combines Simple, Quick Installation with Comfortable Grip
CHANTILLY, VA-DIRAK's line of dish handles offers designers a quick, easy one-piece snap-fit installation from the front of the application door or panel. The ergonomic design features a deep recess, offering up to 26 mm (1.024 inches) of interior protrusion, allowing for comfortable lifting and pulling, even with a gloved hand.
Industrial design elements of the dish handle include flush surface, rounded corners and an ergonomic feel, all incorporated to enhance the aesthetics of the end-use application.
The DIRAK dish handles are available in two sizes. Each size covers a wide range of material thicknesses, 0.75 mm (0.0295 in.) to 2.20 mm (0.087 in.) for the smaller version, and 1.5 mm (0.059 in.) to 3.2 mm (0.126 in.) for the larger. They are well
suited for sheet metal applications in Telecommunications, Industrial Equipment, Medical, HVAC, Marine environments, due to this broad selection of thicknesses.
Dish handles are made of glass-filled nylon polyamide, providing significant sltrength advantages over traditional ABS and the ability to withstand harsh application environments. Dish handles are available with a VO flammability rating and can be customized to meet EMI/RFI shielding requirements.
