GlobeTrotter Portable Digital Indicator - by SCAIME
PTC Electronics Inc announces the SCAIME GlobeTrotter, which employs latest digital technology, providing complete programming and set-up by using the 2 buttons on the front panel. All typical weighing functions are available and are displayed on 16 alphanumeric LCD characters.
The GlobeTrotter is powered by dual 9 volt Alkaline batteries and will power up to 8 strain gage sensors with bridge impedances of 350 ohms nominal. Using one 350 ohm device, the GlobeTrotter will provide 70 hours of continuous service (16mA consumption).
Any unamplified strain gage devices, such as load cells, pressure transducers, torque sensors (shown) and force sensors can be accomodated. A peak hold feature is available as an option.
Standard functions include: Dead weight (zero offset) up to 1.5mV/V. Maximum full scale 2.5mV/V, minimum value for one division=1 microvolt, linearization, and auto-adaptive filtering.
The GlobeTrotter is approved to 1500 d OIML, certificate EN45501.
