Partnership to Bring Significant Improvements to Network Coverage and Customer Care

Since completing its acquisition of the El Salvador mobile operator, Digicel Holdings Limited (DHL) in October 2006, Digicel has been focused on improving the operation's network and customer services ahead of its imminent launch in the country.

The Redknee CRM solution will help Digicel to improve the billing and customer care environment, reducing operational costs and deliver better value to customers. Digicel has also selected a number of Redknee's applications from the suite of self-care top-up solutions to improve access and frequency of top-ups by their subscribers.
