Differential Pressure Gauge is diaphragm-operated.

Press Release Summary:

Model 142 utilizes diaphragm to provide complete high side to low side isolation. It extends differential pressure down to 0-20 in. H2O with accuracy below 0-400 in. H2O. Maximum range is 0-25 psid. Unit features full over range protection in both directions up to rated safe working pressure of 3,000 psi for aluminum and stainless steel, and 1,500 psi for brass. Accuracy is ±3-2-2% of full scale. Dial sizes include 2½, 3½, and 4½ in.

New Diaphragm Operated Differential Pressure Gauge with High S.W.P. (3000PSI) and Low DP Range (0-20"H20)

Mid-West Instrument of Sterling Heights, MI, introduces its Model 142 differential pressure gauge which utilizes a diaphragm to provide complete high side to low side isolation (i.e. zero leakage). The Model 142 extends the differential pressure range down to 0-20" H2O with improved accuracy below 0-400" H20. This allows operation down to 20" H2O differential pressure. The maximum range is 0-25 PSID. The Model 142 is also more compact and lightweight than the Models 140 and 141.

This unit has full over range protection in both directions up to its rated safe working pressure of 3000 PSI for aluminum and stainless steel and 1500 PSI for brass. Accuracy is ± 3-2-2% (ascending) of full scale range and is checked on equipment traceable to N.I.S.T.

Pressure containing elements are available in aluminum, brass or 316/316L stainless steel. Available elastomers are Buna-N, Viton and EPR. Hermetically sealed S.P.S.T. and S.P.D.T. reed switch option in one or two switch arrangements are available as options. Available in 2 ½", 3 ½ and 4 ½" dials. Mid-West Instrument is one of the leading designers and manufacturers of differential pressure gauges in the US.
