DC Power Supplies with Under/Overvoltage Alarm Contacts
Acopian power supplies are now optionally available with contacts that may be used to control an external audible or visual alarm, or to signal a computer. They switch if the power supply's output voltage deviates by 2 volts or more from its nominal rating. Because they are SPDT, both an alarm and a 'normal operation' indicator can be controlled. This feature is available on Acopian's Series A & B power supplies with outputs from 5 to 125 Vdc. Accessory modules for adding alarm contacts to other power supplies are also offered.
