Data Support Systems Announces Release Date for TRIPS Dispute(TM)

Advisory Bank Program Available for Ground Breaking Regulation E (Debit Card) & Regulation Z (Credit Card) Dispute Resolution System

OMAHA, Neb. - Data Support Systems, Inc. (DSS) today announced June 6th 2011 as the General Availability date for its latest solution TRIPS Dispute(TM). In addition, DSS unveiled the details of an accompanying "Advisory Bank Program" designed specifically for the solution.

When asked about TRIPS Dispute(TM), Carl Bortol, DSS President and Founder, said, "Many financial institutions continue to handle Regulation E and Regulation Z disputes via homegrown systems and labor intensive reports or spreadsheets. In many instances, this high cost, very manual process dictates repetitive steps throughout the tracking, compliance and resolution stages. We are very excited at the opportunity to bring the ground breaking, feature, function and workflow automation capabilities so many have come to expect from TRIPS(TM) products to the unique challenges of handling electronic transaction disputes."

DSS also announced that two Banks have already licensed for the complete TRIPS Dispute(TM) and TRIPS Adjustments(TM) suite. While TRIPS Dispute(TM) development is well underway, these two Development Partners, one a major independent bank in Texas and the other a large regional bank in the Midwest will help ensure the finished products marketability and completeness. Although no further Development Partners are expected to be added, DSS is also making available a nonbinding "Advisor Bank" program which offers regular DSS development updates along with product and professional services incentives should TRIPS Dispute(TM) be licensed within a specific period of time after General Release.
