BullGuard Support
New in BullGuard Internet Security 7.0, and the only security suite with this feature, is the built-in support module giving users immediate access to live customer support via the BullGuard interface. The service, available in English 24 hours a day 365 days a year, enables users "to get immediate and free access to the best support in the industry" said Paul Leaman, UK Country Manager for BullGuard.

BullGuard Backup
Also new in 7.0 is the functionality to configure online and or local backup from a single interface. In addition to being able to perform backup via the online storage facility included, users can also configure BullGuard 7.0 to perform scheduled backups to external hard drives, network drives, USB drives or other removable media. BullGuard Backup also provides integrated support with Outlook and Outlook Express as well as an intuitive Wizard function for configuring and restoring of any lost files.
