Astro-Med to Offer 18-Channel Data Acquisition Recorder with Advanced Data Analysis and Report Generation
Astro-Med. Inc. a leading manufacturer of advanced data recording systems, and Weisang GmbH & Co. KG, a leading developer of data analysis software, have joined forces to integrate the Dash® 18 data acquisition recorder with FlexPro® data analysis and presentation software. The combination of high performance data acquisition recording along with powerful data analysis and presentation in a portable recording system makes the system ideal for a wide variety of testing and troubleshooting applications.
The Astro-Med Dash 18 data acquisition recorder can simultaneously capture 18 channels of data to an internal hard drive at a sample rate of 100 KHz per channel. The unit is equipped with a 15.4" diagonal monitor for intuitive touch-screen control and real-time data viewing and analysis. Other features include an Ethernet interface for command and control; universal signal conditioning for most signal types; all built into a compact, rugged case for field or lab use.
The FlexPro platform by Weisang GmbH & Co. KG offers powerful data analysis capabilities coupled with an extremely easy to use interface. Over 160 functions are included with the additional capability of custom algorithms. FlexPro also has excellent data presentation capabilities including tables, 2D and 3D graphs. Powerful cursors are available for to measure data as well as to label specific events on waveforms. The FlexPro software can be run directly on the Dash 18 system for an integrated recording and analysis solution.
