HOPKINTON, Mass., Jan. 31 -- EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC), the world leader in information storage and management, today announced the release of EMC Dantz Retrospect 7 for Windows backup and recovery software, including four updated editions (Retrospect 7 Multi Server, Single Server, Small Business Server and Disk-to-Disk) designed for small and midsize businesses (SMBs) and the distributed enterprise. Retrospect's new wizards make it easier than ever to ensure reliable, automated data protection of servers, desktops, and notebooks in heterogeneous environments. Expanded backup to disk capabilities deliver faster backups and restores, and further simplify offsite media management.
