DAQ Boards fit x1 PCIe slots on motherboards and backplanes.

Press Release Summary:

Providing duplex throughput of 500 MB/sec, A/D PCEDAQ analog-input boards offer 16 or 64 channels, with 12- or 16-bit resolution at speeds to 3 MS/sec, and various features that simplify data collection. Model PCEAO analog-output boards can simultaneously update 4 x 12-bit output channels at sustained rate of 1 MS/sec. Also, they allow bus-mastering data transfers for D/A and A/D. Both boards are designed for x1 PCIe slots on motherboards and backplanes.

Original Press Release:

Data Acquisition on the PCI-Express Bus

CyberResearch, Inc. offers new DAQ boards for the x1 PCIe slots on the latest motherboards and backplanes. CyberResearch® PCEDAQ analog-input boards offer 16 or 64 channels with 12- or 16-bit resolution at speeds to 3 MS/s. PCEAO analog-output boards offer four 12-bit channels at speeds to 1 MS/s.

New A/D PCEDAQ boards mate perfectly with x1 PCIe (PCI-Express) slots for high-speed high-resolution data acquisition. Duplex throughput on x1PCIe slots is 500 MB/s so bus speed does not constrain board performance. PCEDAQ boards have all of the features that simplify data collection, including: A complete set of digital, analog, and software trigger options; two 16-bit up/down counter/ timers; three programmable 8-bit DIO banks; and two 12-bit analog outputs with conversion speeds to 1 MS/s.

Analog-output PCEAO boards also use the PCIe bus, so performance is not degraded by the number of channels you use. They can simultaneously update four 12-bit output channels at a sustained rate of 1 MS/s. They also include: 8 A/D feedback lines with 14-bit resolution at 400 kS/s; 8 Ksample D/A FIFO with 2 Ksample A/D FIFO; and bus-mastering data transfers for both D/A and A/D.

In addition to PCIe DAQ boards - now shipping from stock from $795 - CyberResearch, Inc., also offers rugged industrial PCs and monitors, as well as motherboards, SBCs, and motion control. For more information, call Joe Tetreault at 800-341-2525, or visit http://www.cyberresearch.com/das.
