New Security Dashboard Provides Business Insight Into Security Posture
HERNDON, Va., Nov. 29 / -- Cybertrust(R), the global information security specialist, today announced enhancements to its Managed Security Services (MSS) offering that include a new security dashboard, enhanced customer reporting capabilities and managed scanning functionalities. Delivered through Cybertrust's award-winning OnlineGuardian(R) platform, MSS customers are now able to easily view the status of their security infrastructure's threat, health and service requests, and utilize the management-view reporting and business-centered metrics to easily analyze and communicate their security status.
The new security dashboard introduces a new look and feel with a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, provides additional business views into the security posture, enables enhanced reporting capabilities, and allows for managed scanning within the dashboard. The improved visibility enabled by the security dashboard allows customers to easily view and analyze the real-time state of their security infrastructure and report on it in a way that makes the most sense for the business.
Visibility into an organization's threats, health and service requests are provided through the new security dashboard in both real-time and a historic perspective. The "Threats" view provides information on the threats and intrusion attempts into an organization's infrastructure and provides an overall rating for the current security status. The "Health" view provides information on the health of an organization's infrastructure, availability and performance. The "Services Requests" view provides information on services requests and status of change requests, which indicate what, if any, additional information is required from the customer to complete the request.
