Automatic Cutting & Stripping Machine
The new MegaStrip 9600 is designed to automatically cut and strip wires and cables up to 1" (25.4 mm) in diameter and flat ribbon cables up to 4" (100mm) wide. The MegaStrip 9600 is designed to operate as the heart of a wire processing line and is open to a wide range of peripheral accessories.
The MegaStrip 9600 can be programmed via front panel on the machine or with the Schleuniger "Cayman" PC software. This software was developed specifically for processing wire and cable. The powerful cutting head is patented and can be fitted with up to 4 blade pairs, ensuring the highest performance and flexibility.
The MegaStrip 9600 features a slitting unit for axial separation of tough cable, high performance transport belts, moveable cable guides to prevent cable jams and a wide range of interfaces for creating an integrated processing line with prefeeders, wire
markers and post-processing options.
