The NEW PowerCut 3500 automatically cuts a wide range of cables and tubing with precise and repeatable results. As a stand-alone machine or fully integrated into a complete processing system, the PowerCut 3500 can be used for large round cables up to 1.0" (25 mm) in diameter and flat ribbon cables up to 3.9" (100 mm) wide.
The PowerCut 3500 features electronic control and a variety of interfaces for accessories. The feed belts are driven by a servo-motor that transports the material in length increments of 0.004" (0.1 mm) while providing the extra feeding power needed for heavier cables. The powerful pneumatic cutting unit can handle stranded cables up to 3/0 AWG (95 mm2). Extensive active and passive measures guarantee the safety of operating personnel.
