Customer Gains More Value with a Matrix Top-and Bottom Side Inspection System on a Push-Pull-Pickling Line

Samuel Steel Pickling decides for ISRA VISION PARSYTEC

Aachen/Twinsburg, OH - Samuel Steel Pickling Company is a North American steel processing center, providing pickling and other value added services to both mills and manufacturers. Not only the many successful worldwide installations were a factor, but also the recommendation of a major U.S. steel manufacturer, that convinced Samuel's managing board to invest in an inspection system from ISRA VISION PARSYTEC. Samuel hopes to increase its production quality and lower its costs, as many others already have with the implementation of inspection systems. The matrix camera top and bottom side inspection system is installed on a push-pull pickle line. The matrix solution was easily integrated into the already existing production line configuration. The surface inspection system includes a move cab for offline maintenance, data server for long term archiving and an ISRA VISION PARSYTEC coil width measurement feature.

"By installing an ISRA VISION PARSYTEC surface inspection system, Samuel Steel Pickling is adding real value to their services for the benefit of their customers. The system will now enable them to improve even further their position in the market", says Michael Trunkhardt, General Manager Metals of ISRA VISION PARSYTEC.
