Current Customers Expand Digisonics Software


HOUSTON - Carthage Area Hospital in Carthage, N.Y., and UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, recently expanded their respective Digisonics system to perform a higher number of OB/GYN ultrasound studies.

Carthage Area Hospital expanded its OB-Windows Structured Reporting System which functions as a configurable clinical database with extensive structured reporting tools and fetal growth analysis capabilities, while UT Southwestern expanded its OB-View Image Management & Structured Reporting System with the same functionality as the OB-Windows system, but with a high performance image analysis tool and PACS archive.

Recent upgrades to the Digisonics system include a new graphical user interface, extensive structured reporting options for general ultrasound and vascular studies, as well as a helpful "Ready View" feature which provides immediate viewing of images during scans.
