Application of NXC2620 CPU Card in Home Automation
IC Nexus has launched the NXC2620 embedded DVK4.0, a development kit with a 4.3in TFT colour LCD module at 480 x 272 resolutions and four-wire resistive touch screen.
ICNexus uses NXC2620 to help our customers develop control system products for home automation. With NXC2620 as the control platform CPU, this system is built upon the Linux2.6 platform provided by ICNexus, thus creating a successful control system for application in home automation.
With NXC2620 as core and RS232 for connection to lighting control, the system is able to control, in a collective manner, all the lights and window curtains in a house, and timer switch is provided for energy saving. In addition, gas and smoke detection system is controlled through RJ485, which is in turn connected to the building security system via internal network for alerting and further controls. Also, network is used for control of voice message and building intercom systems for all-in-one system integration on just one single platform.
NXC2620 CPU Card provides an easy integration path to Zigbee and WiFi, allowing faster and more convenient development and application for our customers.
