AcroSoft's ICM Solutions Enhance Covansys' FloodConnect
COLUMBIA, S.C., May 2 / Covansys Corporation (NASDAQ:CVNS), a global consulting and technology services company, today announced that it has licensed and implemented components from AcroSoft Corporation's Insurance Content Management® (ICM) solution to help streamline their flood processing operations.
Covansys is leveraging AcroSoft's advanced imaging, scanning and workflow solutions to enhance and simplify their existing flood insurance processing system, FloodConnect. FloodConnect is a business process outsourcing (BPO) service that applies leading edge technology and high standards of customer service to flood insurance processing and administration. By adding ICM solution components to the FloodConnect system, customers realize significant improvements in processing time and can access documents associated with a given policy or claim faster and more efficiently.
