Original Press Release:

Copper Mirrors for CO2 and Nd:YAG Lasers

A new line of reflective beam delivery mirrors manufactured from copper for OEM and field replacement applications with popular CO2 and Nd:YAG lasers is being introduced by Laser Research Optics of Providence, Rhode Island.

Laser Research Copper Mirrors for reflective beam delivery systems in CO2 and Nd:YAG lasers with a power range from 100W up to 40kW plus are precision machined and offered in three configurations with several coating options. They include flat mirrors for beam bending, spherics for easy beam shaping, and parabolic optics for focusing the final laser power onto the workpiece.

Suitable for virtually all popular industrial lasers, Laser Research Copper Mirrors are offered in 1" to 3" dia. sizes. Flat mirrors provide flatness better than 0.35 µm, roughness (Ra) better than 3 nm, and the spherics and parabolics provide surface features better than 0.5 µm. Gold, molybdenum, or dielectric multilayer coatings are available.

Laser Research Copper Mirrors are priced according to configuration, size, and quantity. Literature and quotations are available upon request.
