REGO-FIX Sets New Standard for Coolant-Through Tooling with Coolant Flush Collets

Indianapolis, Indiana, December 1, 2005 - Designed for use with REGO-FIX's revolutionary powRgrip toolholding system, the new line of powRgrip coolant flush (CF) collets range in diameter from 3mm (0.1181") to 20mm (0.7874") and are compatible with the PG 10, PG 15 and the PG 25 series. With three equally staggered serrations, CF collets flush coolant through toolholding systems with ease, and ensure that proper amounts of fluid are reaching the cutting tool and chips.

CF collets are metallic-sealed for higher-pressure capability of up to 2,000 psi, prolonged tool life and improved chip removal. Like all REGO-FIX PG collets, CF collets are made of specially formulated spring steel, which increases collet life and durability. This particular line of collets is designed to flush coolant along the sides of the tool and to the tip of the cutter, eliminating unwanted chip particulate.

REGO-FIX CF collets and other Swiss precision tools combine to produce the best matched tooling system for highest precision and longest tool life, resulting in unparalleled flexibility and clamping forces, and a TIR of 0.0001" or better.
