By using a Uniflow Coil Jacket instead of a Dimple Jacket on the Classic Cook/Cool Tank, the cooling time can be cut nearly in half! This design provides longer service life while still providing the same geometry with a Double-Motion, Counterrotating Agitator. Cooking times are also reduced with this advanced proven design. Now great mixing and efficient heat transfer are in one vessel!
