New Tripper Conveyor (Patent Pending) from Innovative Processing Solutions helps solve excessive wear on belt plows requiring adjustment and screen wearing. The use of rubber belting on the feed end of the screens greatly lessened screen efficiency. By use of a tripper feeder to feed the screens, the tripper receives the feed from the crusher via a conveyor, and has the ability to distribute feed evenly among screens or, to vary the feed and even eliminate feed to a screen if maintenance is required.
