Wire Belt Company of America has introduced the EZSplice(TM) strand that provides rapid installation and repair of Flat-Flex® open-mesh, stainless steel wire belting. Designed to simplify joining and splicing of continuous loop conveyor belts, EZSplice installs in minutes in
five simple steps and eliminates the intricate lacing and weaving of wire across the width of a conveyor belt.
Wirebelt® EZSplice strands link easily onto Flat-Flex conveyor belts and are available in various configurations to fit specific wire gauge sizes and belt designs. Patented EZSplice strands will reduce splicing time as much as 80 percent, facilitating preventive maintenance and allowing rapid on-line
repairs.
EZSplice Strand Profiling Pliers are required for proper positioning and locking of EZSplice strands, and are sold separately.
