Parramatta Offers Expanded Eliminator Line
Parramatta Group has added a broad line of belt cleaning systems to the line of products it markets to vulcanized conveyor belt users. Featuring tungsten carbide blades, the Eliminator belt cleaners are primarily designed for coal fired power plant and coal surface mining applications.
The long service life of the blades, coupled with the Eliminator's low maintenance requirements and minimum adjustments, contribute to effective and economical operation. Cleaning efficiencies for the Eliminator's precleaners range from 65-85 percent. Efficiency ratings for secondary cleaners range from 75-90 percent and from 75-97 percent when precleaners are used. Adding to their efficiency, the systems are easy to install without major modifications to the chute.
A variety of systems and tension methods are included in Parramatta's Eliminator line. These include systems designed for high volume, high speed, heavy, wet and sticky materials, as well as systems with special features for maximum cleaning efficiency.
