Convertible Labeler Add Versatility
FOX IV Technologies NEW Convertible Labeler gives users the best of both worlds! This unique label applicator can be converted to a print and apply labeler in less than 15 minutes! This added versatility offers huge benefits for companies.
Companies with large backlogs of preprinted labels can use their current inventories until they are exhausted and then convert the unit to print and apply. They can now begin using generic labels for their labeling requirements instead of inventorying labels for each product or package. It is also ideal for companies that are looking toward expanding production in the future, but who are not quite ready for print and apply. Now as your operation's needs change, so can your labeler.
The Convertible comes in two body sizes: the compact Mini, which accommodates a 10"/254 mm OD roll of labels, and the full size Standard, which utilizes a large 16"/406 mm OD roll of labels. Label sizes from .75" x .25" up to 4.1" x 14" (19 mm x 6.4 mm to 104 mm x 356 mm) labels can be applied. The units feature many user-friendly designs including a centralized keypad, screened label paths and a cantilevered printhead for easy media and setup changes.
The Convertible can be integrated into existing production lines or be part of a new labeling station. Options such as low label/out of label warning beacons, control and applicator interfaces, box management systems and environmental enclosures are available. FOX IV can also custom design a labeling station to suit a company's specific requirements. Labeling stations may include scanners, reject stations, conveyor, custom application methods and more.
