Salesforce.com Customers Can Now Deploy Convenos Meeting Center within Their Salesforce Implementations

SAN FRANCISCO - salesforce.com Dreamforce Conference - Oct. 9 -- Convenos and salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM), the market and technology leader in on-demand business services, today announced the availability of Convenos Meeting Center for salesforce.com's AppExchange. Convenos Meeting Center is an on-demand Web conferencing service which delivers a comprehensive set of interactivity tools within a simple and intuitive interface, under a pricing model that is free of per-minute usage and telephony charges. Convenos Meeting Center is immediately available for test drive and deployment at salesforce.com/appexchange. The announcement was made today at Dreamforce '06, salesforce.com's User and Developer Conference.

Convenos Meeting Center was designed to surface an essential set of Web conferencing features within an easy-to-use online meeting environment. It was also designed to make Web conferencing costs controlled and predictable. Flat- fee subscriptions deliver unlimited use and integrated VoIP options deliver free audio. Convenos Meeting Center for AppExchange was developed with sales representatives and management in mind and was designed to make Web conferencing easily actionable within Salesforce. In the Salesforce console, users initiate and manage their Convenos online meetings from within Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities. Editable meeting notes are automatically captured and written back to the Salesforce record of origin.
