New ControlNet Interface Available
San Diego, CA - Hardy Instruments is pleased to announce the availability of a ControlNet network interface for its HI 3030 Multi-Scale Weight Controller line. ControlNet allows the fast transfer of time-critical application information at 5 Mbit/sec in a redundant, deterministic and predictable manner. Information, can be transmitted to up to 98 additional nodes at distances of 250 to 50,000 meters. A single ControlNet network card (-CN) representing a single node will interface with all four channels of the HI 3030 multi-scale weight controller. Up to 15 additional multi-scale controllers, totaling up to 64 different scales, can be linked using DeviceNet or Hardy Instruments' Control-Link Ethernet connection to the same ControlNet card.
