Model Z620 Controller Offers Solution to Repetitive Filling Needs
The model Z620 is an effective solution for dispensing applications which require a simple automatic Z-axis motion for repetitive filling or potting. The z-axis will consistently dispense a liquid to a controlled height. The unit could be integrated into an automated line or conveyor fed station.
The Z620 controller is connected to a dispenser, model DSP501A, which accurately controls the dispense time and air pressure. The pneumatic Z-axis is adjustable and secured to a given height along a vertical stainless steel rod. The system can also be angled for controlled dispensing.
Stroke adjustment is from 0.20" (5.08mm) - 2.00" (50.80mm), and holders are available for valves, syringes and cartridge retainers.
