Container is loaded via pallet jack at floor level, hydraulically sealed to 304 SS pour hood, then rotated 60° past horizontal, creating seal against custom pivoting sealing plate. Once sealed, slide gate is opened, releasing product into stir pot. Dumper can be designed for any size, weight, or discharge height required.

Stainless Steel Lift & Seal Container Dumper
Unit provides a dust-tight discharge of chemical powders into an existing 46" high stir pot. Container is loaded via pallet jack at floor level, hydraulically sealed to a 304 stainless steel pour hood, then rotated 60° past horizontal, creating a seal against a custom pivoting sealing plate. Once sealed, a slide gate is opened, releasing product into the stir pot. Unit features wash-down duty stainless steel construction with a #4 finish and continuous welds.
