Consumer Mobile Email Service for Telecom Italia's "ALICE" Subscribers Powered by Critical Path's Memova Mobile


New service offers one-month free trial and easy-to-use mobile email to Telecom Italia's ALICE broadband subscribers

SAN FRANCISCO/TURIN - June 6, 2007 - Critical Path, Inc. (OTC: CPTH), a leading provider of messaging software and services, today announced that its consumer mobile email solution - Memova(r) Mobile - will provide easy, on-the-go access to email for Telecom Italia's ALICE broadband subscribers in Italy. With the new service, subscribers can send and receive their ALICE email with any MMS-enabled mobile phone.

With the needs of consumers in mind, Telecom Italia selected Memova Mobile as part of its overall mobile email solution. The selection of Memova Mobile was based on its ease of use, affordability and compatibility with the majority of today's consumer mobile phones. Many consumers do not have a smart phone, and most are not willing to spend a lot of time and money setting up new data services. Memova Mobile will provide a mobile email service that is easy to set up and use for 98% of Telecom Italia's mobile phone subscribers.

ALICE subscribers can try the new service free of charge for the first month. The service can be set up in a matter of minutes on Telecom Italia's ALICE Web site (www.alice.it) or by sending a few simple text messages from the phone. Because the service runs on Critical Path's
Memova(r) Mobile platform, it works with any MMS-enabled phone, and there is no software to download or configure to initiate the service.
