HSI is proud to introduce a Size 11 non-captive linear actuator, the latest addition to its growing hybrid motor line. Joining the larger sizes 14, 17, 23, and 34, the size 11 incorporates the same high performance and durable proven design. The various linear actuator options deliver unmatched capabilities, opening avenues for equipment designers who require performance and endurance in a compact package. In fact, HSI's new size 11 is the smallest commercially available hybrid linear actuator on the market today.
Built for long life (several million cycles) and superior performance, the size 11 linear actuator features engineering thermoplastics in the rotor drive nut and a stainless steel Acme lead screw, which have made the HSI products so popular. With this patented design, quiet and maintenance free operation are ensured. This non-captive hybrid linear actuator is available in a wide variety of resolutions ranging from 0.000125" (.003175 mm) to 0.002" (.0508 mm) per step and delivers thrusts of up to 25 lbs. (11.5 Kg) without compromising long life or cost.
Applications requiring precise positioning and rapid motion are best suited for this motor.
