Smart Fog® ES100 Humidifier Eliminates Biological Pollutants by the New Oxidization Feature
Smart Fog, Inc. announced this week a new oxidization feature to the patented ES100 - commercial and industrial humidifier. Oxidization adds another layer of hygienic protection against biological pollutants. Ensuring the system will not distribute bacteria, molds, and viruses into the space in building and duct-mount applications.

The Smart Fog® technology injects oxygen into every droplet dispensed. Smart Fog® De-Correlation technology reverses the correlation effect though a non-chemical mechanical process. The technology reverses the cohesion and maximizes adhesion.
Dust and air borne diseases, bacteria, viruses, particles and spores are attracted to the Smart Fog droplets by adhesion and are oxidized.
In order to achieve 100% dust suppression, droplets smaller than 5 microns must be in the air. Droplets of 5 microns or larger naturally retract air particles, and don't suppress small dust and other air borne particles. Smart Fog technology provides even 4.2 micron droplets, which are ideal for 100% dust suppression.
Smart Fog® humidification systems are engineered for mission critical applications. The system does not require any cleaning or regular maintenance. The only maintenance requirements are every two (2) years to replace recyclable filter elements, which can be done easily in less than 10 minutes.
