Fluke Corporation's new combo kit for HVAC has most every test tool heating and cooling pros need for measuring voltage, microamps and ac current.
The Fluke 16/322 Combo Kit contains a Fluke 16 DMM, a Fluke 322 Clamp Meter, test leads, and a thermocouple for temperature measurement, all in a durable carrying case. The Fluke 16 is designed specially for HVAC troubleshooting and is ideal for testing motor start and run capacitors up to 10,000 microfarads as well as for everyday measurements - up to 600 volts ac or dc, 40 megohms, diode test and exceptionally fast continuity. The Fluke 322 compact Clamp Meter offers one-handed operation and precise low current measurements with better than 2 percent basic accuracy. Both tools are rated to meet IEC 1010-1 CAT III 600 V safety standards. Cost of the combo kit is $199, over $50 less than the cost of the tools if purchased separately.
