New Line of CNC Collet Chucks to be Exhibited by Royal Products at IMTS 2004

Royal Products, Booth E-2224, will be exhibiting a new range of Accu-Length CNC Collet Chucks at IMTS 2004. With the Accu-Length design, a collet is fixed within the chuck bore and a tapered sleeve pushes forward over the collet to compress it, resulting in precise Z-axis positioning of the workpiece. These Royal collet chucks are suitable for both main and subspindle applications and have a runout guarantee of 0.0003" TIR or better. The low-profile nose geometry has been optimized for tool clearance while maintaining high strength and rigidity.
Each Royal CNC collet chuck includes a custom-machined drawtube connector for hassle-free installation. They are available for the following collet styles: 5C, 16C, 3J, S-20, S-26, S-30, S-35, and S-40.
