Code Green Networks Announces Integration with the Stellent Universal Content Management Platform

Combined Solution Prevents Unauthorized Disclosure of Confidential Information

SUNNYVALE, Calif., May 23 / Code Green Networks, a leader in the identification and protection of enterprise content, and Stellent, Inc., a global provider of content management solutions, today announced the general availability of a scalable solution that seamlessly integrates Code Green Networks' Content Inspection (CI) Appliance(TM) with the Stellent® Universal Content Management(TM) architecture. As a Stellent Technology Partner, Code Green Networks extends content protection policies to prevent unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information stored in Stellent's Universal Content Management solution.

The combined solution leverages Stellent's content services to identify confidential content and the appropriate protection policies to apply to it. The Content Inspection Appliance then inspects all content flowing through the organization's Internet gateway and, when transmission of confidential content is detected, automatically invokes a user-defined policy.

"The Code Green Networks' appliance solution can extend security beyond the repository," said Dan Ryan, chief operating officer for Stellent. "By monitoring multiple channels and the flow of sensitive content, organizations can reduce the risk associated with the accidental or intentional disclosure of information."

"Stellent is well regarded for its product innovation, market leadership and successful customer implementations," said Sreekanth Ravi, co-founder, chairman, president and CEO of Code Green Networks. "By connecting the Code Green Networks CI appliance to the Stellent Universal Content Management system, businesses and government agencies can register and protect fingerprinted content created in more than 390 file formats, including Microsoft Word(TM), Adobe PDF(TM) and CAD drawings."

The foundation of the Stellent Universal Content Management solution is the Web-based Stellent Content Server, where all content -- regardless of type -- is stored for management, re-use, and access. Stellent offers repository options for high-performance consumption, high-volume storage, and pure XML content storage to support the different content management applications required within an organization.
