Cell Control Retrofit Solutions
CNC Engineering has designed a Cell Control retrofit package for Makino MMC automated pallet control systems. Each Cell Control package includes a new Fanuc Powermate i-D control system and Open Vision(TM) Cell Control Software. An improved operator interface and up-to-date hardware mean easier operation and less downtime, as well as better access to support, service and parts if needed.
Rotary Tables & Additional Axis Integrations
Our rotary table integration team is the best in the business and they're supported by more than 27 years of experience retrofitting hundreds of Fanuc control systems. Every rotary table integration package is pre-assembled at CNC Engineering prior to shipping. This means our turnkey installations, including Fanuc options, can be completed in as little as one day at either the distributor or end-users facility.
Probing Solutions
CNC Engineering is the exclusive Renishaw Distributor Integrator (RDI) for the Northeast. Our qualified manufacturing engineers will configure probe or laser systems to meet each customer's particular needs. A standard package includes probe hardware, an interface unit, probing software, professional installation, and thorough training. Other services include specialized macro programs based on user requirements.
