SIEB & MEYER USA provides OEMs, specialty machine builders, and retrofitters with a high-performance, all-digital CNC grinder control. We offer specialized CNC applications and hardware solutions for RT Industries Toolmaster Series 6000 CNC 5-axis tool cutter grinder.

Cincinnati, Ohio - SIEB & MEYER USA introduces its 8th generation CNC and motion control platform for 5-axis tool grinders. This is a complete graphical driven system with probing, grinding and wheel dressing features that are all integrated into the operator interface. The Toolmaster and the SIEB & MEYER SERIES 8 CNC supports the MTS Tool Kit software allowing 3D modeling and simulation of the tool grinding process and is all supported in the control.

The Took Kit software offers a integrated CAD/CAM solution for a great variety of tools: end mills, milling cutters, burrs, step drills, profile tools reamers, taps and countersinks. Other benefits include data collection, machine network connectivity and remote diagnostic service support.
